UrgoTul Absorb Border in the 6″ × 6″ size extends the same clinically proven TLC (Technology Lipido-Colloid) platform to larger wound beds that need both reliable exudate absorption and straightforward single-piece application. The TLC layer gels on contact with exudate, creating a soft protective interface that maintains moisture balance and virtually eliminates trauma at dressing change. A multi-layer absorbent core handles moderate exudate volumes while the high-moisture-transmission semi-permeable film backing helps preserve intact perilesional skin. This size is particularly useful for wider venous or pressure ulcers, post-surgical wounds, and dermabrasions where smaller dressings would require overlapping pieces.
