Description
The Convatec Aquacel Foam Hydrofiber Adhesive Heel Dressing is a two-layer wound dressing engineered specifically for heel ulcers and pressure injuries in that difficult-to-dress area. The wound-contact layer uses Hydrofiber technology to absorb exudate and form a soft gel that maintains a moist healing environment, while the overlying foam layer provides cushioning and protects fragile peri-wound skin. The integrated adhesive border conforms to heel contours without requiring secondary fixation, reducing dressing changes and minimising disruption to newly forming tissue.
