Description
Ordinary overbed tables flex and skate when someone leans on them, which is exactly what a bariatric patient does when pulling in to eat or pushing up from the bed. This one is structurally reinforced with a welded steel frame and supports 500 lb in the locked position.
The laminate top measures 18″ by 40″ so it reaches the centre line of most bariatric beds, and the H base runs virtually the entire length of the top rather than stopping short. Height adjusts from 30″ to 45″ in 1″ increments, 2″ swivel casters handle repositioning, and the table weighs 70 lb.
