Description
NexStride clamps onto a cane, walker, rollator or trekking poles and gives the user two external cues to work with: a laser line projected onto the floor showing where to step, and an audible metronome to pace the steps. Either can be used on its own or both together.
At 6 oz and 4.2″ x 2″ x 1.5″ it does not unbalance the device it is attached to, and a charge runs 6 to 8 hours — enough for moving around the house and a walk outside. Covered by a one-year warranty.
Key features
- Audible Metronome: NexStride®’s metronome emits an audible signal, engaging a different pathway in your brain to enable you to move forward.
- Visual Laser Line: In addition to audible external signaling, NexStride® uses visual external signaling by way of a laser signal that shows you where to step, giving your brain a target to focus on and a new way to engage with the body (this can also help correct stride issues).
- Attachable to Any Cane, Walker, or Trekking Poles: NexStride® was designed to be easily attached to almost any assistive walking device. Attach it to your cane, walker, or trekking poles.
- Regain Your Independence: Use NexStride walking cane, rollator, or walker accessories in your home to navigate between rooms and use the bathroom unassisted. Take NexStride on walks through the neighborhood or to meet up with friends and continue to enjoy the freedom and independence that comes with walking on your own.
