Description
A bariatric therapeutic foam mattress measuring 42″ (W) x 80″ (L) x 6″ (H) and rated to 650 lb, built for patients whose weight overwhelms a standard 36″ homecare mattress. Two foam layers do the work: a high-resilient, high-density die-cut top layer for pressure redistribution over a high-density base that keeps the surface stable under load.
A premium foam heel section offloads the heels, and the removable cover is fluid resistant, low shear and vapour permeable. Note that the cover material is described differently in two places on the specification sheet, so confirm which version you need before ordering. Latex free, and it meets CFR 1632 and CFR 1633 flammability standards.
