The Smith & Nephew Allevyn Gentle Border dressing (17.5 cm x 17.5 cm) provides broad wound coverage with all the atraumatic benefits of the Gentle Border silicone adhesive system. It is well suited to stage III–IV pressure injuries, large venous ulcers, and wounds in patients where minimising pain at dressing changes is a clinical priority. The generous pad size, combined with an advanced multi-layer foam core, delivers superior fluid-handling capacity to keep the wound bed and surrounding skin in optimal condition throughout extended wear periods.
