The proprietary reinforcing fibre technology preserves dressing cohesion even under heavy fluid load, ensuring the dressing lifts away cleanly as a single piece and reduces the risk of fibre residue in the wound bed. Suitable for heavily exuding chronic ulcers, traumatic wounds, and post-operative sites where a silver-free option is preferred. Each box contains 10 individually sterile dressings.
