Mepilex Border Flex Lite 15 × 15 cm is the largest size in the Flex Lite range, providing generous coverage for bigger wounds while retaining the hallmark multi-directional stretch of the Border Flex design. It is well suited to broad wounds over mobile anatomical regions or those managed under compression, where maintaining dressing integrity through movement cycles is a clinical priority. Despite its coverage area, the lighter foam construction keeps bulk to a minimum.
