The non-adherent wound contact pad absorbs light exudate while preventing the dressing from adhering to the wound bed, reducing discomfort during removal. A semi-permeable film border extends around the pad to anchor the dressing securely and maintain a waterproof seal throughout the wear period, even during normal daily activity.
