The Bard Minnesota Four-Lumen Esophagogastric Tamponade Tube is used to control acute bleeding from esophageal and gastric varices. It provides esophageal and gastric balloon tamponade along with gastric and esophageal aspiration channels in a single device. Non-sterile, single-use, packaged one per box. For use only by trained clinicians in a controlled medical setting.
