Rather than relying on silver or iodine, it uses DACC (dialkylcarbamoyl chloride) hydrophobic technology: the dressing surface attracts micro-organisms, which bind irreversibly and are removed when the dressing is lifted. The hydrogel core simultaneously manages exudate and maintains a moist environment that supports the body’s own debridement mechanisms. The adhesive border eliminates the need for secondary fixation products.
