Description
The Convatec Aquacel Ag Extra Foam Dressing (10 cm x 10 cm / 4″ x 4″) brings together three layers of wound care technology: a silver-containing HYDROFIBER wound contact layer, an absorbent foam intermediate layer, and an outer waterproof film barrier. Ionic silver provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity within the dressing, making it appropriate for infected wounds, wounds at risk of infection, and those requiring more intensive moisture control. Suitable for pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and venous leg ulcers.
