The soft, uniformly thick cotton batting conforms readily to limb contours, providing a protective layer that helps prevent pressure points and skin abrasion under hard casting materials. At 6 inches wide and 4 yards per roll, each roll offers ample coverage for extremity and short-leg cast applications.
