The Unilock One-Hand Brake lets a wheelchair user lock and release both rear wheels with a single hand. One lever, one motion, both wheels — which makes it a practical answer for anyone with limited function or strength in one hand, for hemiplegic users, and for caregivers who need the chair secured quickly during a transfer.

The brake is ordered as a right-hand or left-hand activation version, and includes an integrated parking brake that holds both wheels so the chair does not creep while stationary or during a transfer.
