Description
Bariatric beds need a mattress the full width of the frame, and the ShearCare 1500 is built at 48" wide by 80" long by 6" deep with a 750 lb capacity. Two layers do the work: a full-width, high-resilient die-cut top for pressure redistribution, over a high-density base that keeps the surface stable under heavier loads.
A premium foam heel section offloads the heels, and the removable polyurethane stretch cover is fluid resistant, low shear and vapour permeable. Latex free, and it meets the CFR 1632 and CFR 1633 flammability standards.
