The Stomagienics SecurPress 20 mm (7/8 in) is intended for ostomates whose stoma measures approximately 20 mm across the cut opening of the baseplate. By sliding over the StomaGenie cartridge during a pouch change, it applies firm, even downward pressure that seats the adhesive skin barrier fully against the peristomal skin. The result is a more dependable seal that supports extended wear times and reduces the likelihood of leakage between changes.
