Description
The Rehasense Fatboy is a 20″ x 4.0″ off-road wheelchair wheel built for soft and uneven ground — sand, gravel, snow and trail. The Chaoyang Sand Storm tyre is non-directional, so left and right wheels are interchangeable and the set can be fitted either way round.

Bearing and axle option
Each set is built for one axle size — choose before ordering:
- Ø12 mm bearings — order code 26F006SETM
- Ø1/2" (12.7 mm) bearings — order code 26F006SET

Fitting and compatibility
Built for manual wheelchairs with a standard quick-release axle and widely used with the Rehasense PAWS power add-on. Confirm your axle length, bearing size and frame clearance before ordering — fat tyres need more room at the frame and at the push rim than a standard 24″ wheel. Our team can check the fit with you.
