Description
Promogran Protease Modulating Matrix (123 cm2) is a sterile ORC and collagen matrix developed to address the protease-rich environment that keeps chronic wounds from progressing through normal healing stages. The larger surface area makes it well-suited to extensive venous leg ulcers, wide diabetic foot wounds, and mid-to-large pressure injuries. When moistened by exudate, it converts to a soft gel, actively sequestering MMPs and elastase while delivering collagen directly to the wound bed to encourage cellular repair.
