Description
Promogran Prisma Wound Balancing Matrix from Solventum is a sterile, freeze-dried composite of oxidised regenerated cellulose (ORC), collagen, and silver-ORC. It is formulated to address the biochemical imbalances common in hard-to-heal chronic wounds — including venous leg ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, and pressure injuries — by binding and inactivating excess matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) and free radicals while providing a scaffold that supports cellular activity. Each box contains 10 individual 28 cm² units.
