The PolyMem 4″ x 12.5″ Non-Adhesive Pad Dressing is a rectangular-format wound dressing sized specifically for elongated wounds such as surgical incisions, shin ulcers, and linear trauma sites. Like all PolyMem products, it continuously cleanses and moisturises the wound while absorbing exudate, reducing the burden of wound management for both clinicians and patients. The non-adhesive construction means removal is gentle, even after extended wear. Sold in a box of 12 dressings.
