Derma Science Pak-Its Packing Gauze Without Insert is designed for clinicians who prefer to customise packing with their own topical agents, or who simply require a clean gauze strip without additional materials in the pouch. Each 1/4″ x 5-yard plain strip is sealed individually, maintaining sterility right up to the moment of application. The absence of an insert makes this format especially useful when gauze will be impregnated on-site with saline, wound gel, or another prescribed treatment.
