The Medline Nasal Endotracheal Tube is a 6.0 mm preformed curved tube engineered specifically for nasotracheal intubation. The high-volume, low-pressure (HVLP) cuff provides an effective airway seal while minimising mucosal pressure injury over extended intubation periods. The Murphy eye — a secondary aperture near the distal tip — offers a backup airway path if the primary lumen becomes obstructed. The preformed curve follows the natural nasopharyngeal anatomy to reduce trauma during insertion.
