Mepitel Film 10×25 cm is an elongated transparent film dressing well-suited to protecting linear surgical incisions, limb wounds, and extended superficial injuries. The dressing combines a conformable polyurethane film with Molnlycke’s Safetac soft-silicone adhesive, creating a shower-proof barrier that breathes and flexes with the patient. Because the adhesive does not increase in tack during wear, removal remains gentle on surrounding skin — reducing dressing-change anxiety for patients and saving clinical time.
