Mepitel Film 6×7 cm is a transparent, shower-proof polyurethane film dressing featuring Molnlycke’s Safetac soft-silicone adhesive border. Designed for superficial wounds, minor burns, post-procedure sites, and skin abrasions, it conforms closely to body contours while allowing clinicians to monitor healing progress without removal. The Safetac layer bonds securely to dry surrounding skin but lifts cleanly at dressing changes, minimising pain and the risk of trauma to delicate tissue.
