The Mepilex Up 10 cm × 20 cm provides extended coverage for larger, heavily exuding wounds such as full-leg venous ulcers, complex pressure injuries, and broad post-operative sites. Mölnlycke’s Safetac silicone contact layer selectively adheres to dry intact surrounding skin while remaining non-adherent at the moist wound surface — a design that substantially reduces pain and tissue damage at each change. The outer film backing repels water, allowing patients to shower with the dressing in place and helping to prolong wear time.
