Like all Mepilex Transfer dressings, it works by allowing exudate to move through the open-cell silicone foam rather than pooling at the wound surface, making it a strong choice under compression bandaging or bulky secondary dressings. Dressing changes are straightforward and patient-friendly thanks to the Safetac® technology.
