Mepilex Transfer Ag is a unique antimicrobial dressing from Mölnlycke that combines Safetac wound-contact technology with a foam layer engineered to transfer exudate directly into a secondary absorbent dressing rather than retaining it. The 7.5 cm x 8.5 cm size is appropriate for moderate-exuding wounds including infected leg ulcers, pressure injuries, and surgical wounds requiring both fluid management and antimicrobial coverage. Silver integrated throughout the dressing provides continuous protection against a broad spectrum of wound pathogens, while the Safetac interface keeps removal gentle and pain-free for the patient.
