Like all Mepilex Border Sacrum dressings, it features Safetac soft silicone adhesive technology that bonds to intact periwound skin but leaves the wound surface undisturbed, minimising pain and trauma at each dressing change. The multi-layer foam core manages exudate effectively while helping to offload mechanical forces at the sacrum.
