Mepilex Border Flex (12.5×12.5 cm) is a self-adherent, all-in-one foam dressing from Molnlycke designed for moderate-to-heavily exuding wounds. Its Safetac soft-silicone border bonds gently to intact skin without adhering to the wound bed, making dressing changes less painful and reducing the risk of trauma or maceration. The flexible construction conforms easily to body contours, making it suitable for post-operative wounds, pressure injuries, leg ulcers, and other chronic or acute wounds in clinical and home-care settings.
