Mepilex Border Ag 15×20 cm is a self-adhesive antimicrobial foam dressing that combines ionic silver with Molnlycke’s proven Safetac soft-silicone border technology. It is intended for moderate-to-heavily exuding wounds where infection is present or there is an elevated risk of bacterial colonisation — including pressure injuries, leg ulcers, and surgical wounds. The silver component provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity within the dressing, while the multilayer foam core handles exudate effectively to keep the wound environment balanced.
