Melgisorb Plus is a highly absorbent calcium alginate dressing from Mölnlycke, formulated to manage moderate to heavily exuding chronic and acute wounds. When it contacts wound exudate, the alginate fibres form a soft, moist gel that supports a healing environment while helping to maintain moisture balance at the wound bed. The 5 x 5 cm size is well-suited to smaller wound cavities, pressure injuries, and leg ulcers, and each box contains 10 individually wrapped dressings for clinical inventory management.
