Drive Medical Med-Aire 8″ Alternating Pressure and Low Air Loss Mattress System

Description

This Med-Aire system replaces the mattress rather than sitting on top of it, combining alternating pressure with low air loss so pressure redistribution and skin microclimate are handled together. It is specified for the home and for long-term care, where someone spends most of the day in bed.

Twenty individual 8″ air cells, a 10-minute alternating cycle with a static mode, and adjustable patient weight settings let you tune immersion up to the 350 lb capacity. The nylon cover is fluid resistant and vapour permeable, and a CPR valve deflates the surface quickly.
