Rather than relying on chemical agents, Sorbact technology works by physically binding bacteria and fungi to the wound contact layer, reducing the microbial load as dressings are changed. The 8 cm × 15 cm size suits a broad range of surgical incisions, while the green indicator film makes it easy to distinguish used from unused dressings.
