The Jelonet 10 x 10 cm paraffin gauze dressing provides broad, non-adherent primary wound coverage for burns, skin-graft donor sites, and superficial traumatic or surgical wounds. White soft paraffin saturates the open cotton weave to prevent the dressing from drying into the wound surface, making removal gentle even over tender, newly epithelialising tissue. The larger format reduces the number of pieces needed to cover mid-sized wound areas and can be layered for added conformability.
