The Attends Bariatric Briefs provides heavy-absorbency incontinence protection in a bariatric (larger size) tab-style brief. Refastenable side tabs allow the brief to be fitted, removed, and (within limits) repositioned without needing to remove pants — the standard incontinence-management choice for caregivers and individuals managing moderate to heavy daily output.
The absorbent core uses a polymer-enhanced design that captures fluid quickly and locks it away from the surface — keeping skin dryer and reducing the maceration that leads to dermatitis with extended wear.
Bariatric briefs are cut wider with extended tab reach to fit waist sizes that standard adult briefs don’t accommodate. The reinforced absorbent core also handles the higher fluid volume associated with bariatric care.
Fit notes
- Briefs should fit snugly without compressing the abdomen — tabs at the top edge of the brief should pull across without overlapping the lower set.
- Change before saturation for skin health — most users change 3–6 times daily depending on output and absorbency level.
- For nighttime use, pair the brief with an underpad layer for catastrophic-leak protection.
