At 18″ wide by 24″ deep, the Drive Medical Gel-U-Seat Gel/Foam Cushion is the largest standard configuration in the Gel-U-Seat series and is intended for users who need additional seat depth, as well as those with higher body weight or greater pressure-relief requirements. The generous depth helps accommodate users who sit more reclined or who experience posterior pelvic tilt, supporting the full length of the thighs to reduce pressure migration. As with all Gel-U-Seat models, the gel-and-foam layered design works together to manage both static pressure and shear.
