Just place the Collar on the pin, tighten the set screw and you are all set to go. Your foot rest will still swing away but they cannot be removed and misplaced or lose them. Fits Invacare, Drive, and many other wheelchairs with 1/4" OD hanging Pins. The KIT contains two locking rings and Allen wrench
