This is a 9 X 2 3/4" (2.80X2.50X4) Heavy Duty Foam Filled sawtooth tire with bead to bead width measurement of 2.35" (+/-10) Foam filled tires are rubber pneumatic tires filled with urethane foam, so they are a tire inside of a tire.
