The dressing’s non-woven Hydrolock fibres absorb substantial exudate volumes and gel into a cohesive structure that can be removed in one piece — reducing pain and the risk of leaving residual fibres behind. Ionic silver distributed throughout the dressing matrix actively works to reduce bacterial counts within the wound environment across multiple days of wear.
