The Nimbo is a reverse-style walker, meaning the frame sits behind the user rather than in front. That is why its one-directional aluminum mechanism matters: the soft rubber wheels grip the surface and will not slide backwards, and an override bracket unlocks reverse travel when it is wanted.
Five-inch wheels front and rear roll on most surfaces, a front wheel swivel lock keeps the walker tracking straight, the handgrips have a new smooth texture for comfort, and the frame folds easily for transport.
