Description

The Med-Aire Assure pairs 5″ alternating pressure air cells with a 3″ foam base, so the surface stays usable if power is lost rather than going flat. Seventeen individual air cells sit over that foam, and each one is removable for servicing.

The control unit runs 10-minute cycles when alternating and can also hold a static mode, with adjustable patient weight settings for immersion and an audible and visual alarm for low air pressure. The quilted nylon cover is fluid resistant and vapour permeable, a CPR valve allows rapid deflation, and the mattress measures 35″ by 80″ with a 350 lb capacity.
