The Drawtex Hydroconductive Wound Dressing with LevaFiber Technology in the 15 cm x 20 cm format provides effective exudate management for larger, complex wounds. Developed by Urgo Medical, this dressing is indicated for moderately to heavily exuding wounds such as venous leg ulcers, pressure injuries (Stages II–IV), diabetic foot ulcers, and post-surgical wounds. The proprietary LevaFiber matrix combines viscose, cotton, and polyester fibres to create a structure that actively draws fluid, bacteria, and destructive proteases away from the wound rather than simply holding them near the surface.
