The DACC-coated fibres attract and irreversibly bind pathogens, which are then removed from the wound bed with each dressing change — without releasing chemical agents into the tissue. The 14 cm x 24 cm format with adhesive border is particularly practical for elongated wound presentations such as surgical incisions or lower-leg ulcers, providing full coverage and secure adhesion in a single piece.
