Cutimed Siltec Sorbact is a superabsorbent foam dressing that combines the cushioning properties of soft silicone foam with the unique SORBACT bacteria-binding technology. Rather than relying on antimicrobial chemicals, the dressing’s surface physically attracts and irreversibly binds micro-organisms, removing them from the wound bed with each dressing change. The 7.5 cm × 7.5 cm format suits small to medium wounds such as leg ulcers, pressure injuries, or post-surgical sites where infection control and exudate management are priorities.
