Description
The Suction Catheter Straight 10Fr Sterile is a single-use sterile catheter for airway suctioning — used to remove secretions from the trachea or oropharynx in patients with impaired cough, tracheostomy, or ventilator support. The smooth, rounded tip minimizes mucosal trauma during the suctioning pass.
Sized in French (FR) by outer diameter — clinical guidelines recommend using a catheter no larger than half the inner diameter of the artificial airway. Each catheter is individually packaged sterile and is discarded after a single suction event.
