Standard flat dressings on large digits tend to bunch, unravel, or apply uneven pressure; this cot’s elastic format eliminates those problems by conforming uniformly around the digit. The integrated PolyMem wound-care matrix manages exudate, supports autolytic debridement where appropriate, and maintains a healing-conducive moisture environment.
