The PolyMem 4″ x 24″ Non-Adhesive Roll Dressing offers the versatility of a roll format, allowing clinicians to cut to length or wrap around limb wounds, digit injuries, and large flat surfaces. It retains all the core benefits of the PolyMem platform — continuous wound cleansing, exudate absorption, and moisture maintenance — while accommodating wound geometries that pad dressings cannot easily address. Each case contains two boxes, with four rolls per box.
