The convex shape directs consistent outward pressure against the skin, helping to extend the stoma profile and minimize the risk of undermining and leakage. A larger 60mm (2⅜in) flange pairs with the full range of compatible Assura two-piece pouches, and the cut-to-fit aperture handles stoma openings up to 43mm (1¾in).
