The Allevyn Gentle Border Lite 5.5×12.5 cm is designed for narrow or linear wounds where a standard square dressing would leave excess material overlapping awkward body contours. Like all Allevyn Gentle Border Lite products, it features Smith & Nephew’s Safetac silicone adhesive border, which grips periwound skin firmly during wear but lifts away cleanly at dressing changes. This format suits post-surgical incisions, leg ulcer margins, and elongated wounds on the trunk or limb.
