It combines a multi-layer absorbent foam core with Smith & Nephew’s Safetac silicone adhesive border, ensuring the dressing stays firmly in position during wear while releasing cleanly from vulnerable periwound skin at change time. The result is consistent exudate management with reduced disruption to the healing process.
